Client called needing service and cleaning on HVAC unit, outside grilles, and air filters replaced.
We arrived and spoke with the customer, then did an investigation to determine why the HVAC unit was not working properly. We found that the fan needed replacing, which we did. Mr. Bystrom wanted a thorough cleaning of the outside unit and the grilles. We vacuumed out an accumulation of dust, dirt, and other debris from the air ducts, and we replaced the air filters, greatly improving the quality of the air circulating through the home.
